Okay so it was awful because the exhibits were spread out across TO and the zones were totally not according to neighbourhoods but rather...well I'm not sure.
And also, many of last years events, not sanctioned by Scotia, were what made up a lot of the installations esp. along Queen West...this year...it was a whole bunch of nothingness
